If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded completely.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours except weekends and public holidays. Orders placed up to 1pm on week days will ship on the same day. Deliveries within the EU may take between 2 – 5 working days. Please note that these delivery times are only estimates and may vary from time to time as a result of factors that may or may not be within our control.

7. Delievery costs

For purchases over 100 EUR the delivery is free, for purchases under 100 EUR we add 4 EUR for sending.

8. Returns policy

We take pride in providing quality solutions safely and securely to our customers. However, if you have placed an order and do wish to return it, we have simple processes to solve it. If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you or if you are unsatisfied with the product, you should contact info@androsen.com within 7 days to arrange collection and return. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. The pruchase price will be refunded to your bank account.

9. Our money back guarantee

We offer money-back guarantee if the buyer is not satisfied with a product after using it. Refund is claimed in a simple and discrete way, no questions asked. The only condition is that the buyer notifies the seller about the complaint within 30 days of purchase on the e-mail address info@androsen.com, while returning the originally purchased goods at their own cost with a maximum of two pills missing. The refund of the purchase price shall be made in full.
